韓國第二屆首爾國際超短影像＆短片影展介紹

韓國「第二屆首爾國際超短影像＆短片影展」The 2nd Seoul International Extreme-Short Image & Film Festival （簡稱：SESIFF ）國際競賽類，共有176部影片來自於26個國家， 其中動畫“下雨的房間“為台灣唯一入圍此單元之作品。去年參展的影片之後獲得了坎城影展、世界最大短片影展之一法國Clermont-Ferrand國際短片影展、與東京短片影展的邀請。影展於韓國首爾的Guro-gu區舉行，該區為首爾的數位中心，也是許多文創產業和流行產業的重地。此屆的SESIFF獲得了韓國文化局、運動與休閒局、首爾市政府和許多民間企業等等單位贊助，影展由該區 Sung LEE區長擔任影展總裁，可見於官產單位對於此影展的重視。

不同於傳統式的影展活動，此影展利用大眾交通工具地下鐵（捷運）與行動通訊網來舉辦，影展透過這個方式與群眾溝通，以創新與主動的方式去接近群眾，而不是讓影展祇是能再戲院進行的“靜態“活動，讓影展“動態“的去吸引觀眾，讓來自於世界各地的短片被看見。這樣的播映模式近年來在世界許多大城市都有舉辦地鐵影展，如：柏林、巴黎，對於短片創作的發展，有著非常顯著的鼓勵作用。

The 2nd SESIFF

REGULATIONS

1. Organization

Seoul international Extreme-Short Image & Film Festival(SESIFF) is presented by the Seoul international

Extreme-Short Image & Film Festival Organizing Committee and hosted by Seoul international Extreme-

Short Image & Film Festival Executive Committee.

2. Purpose

Seoul International Extreme-Short Image & Film Festival will introduce various foreign extreme-short

films to Korea and actively develop and support domestic extreme-short film directors to contribute

Korea’s film development. SESIFF will create a cosmopolitan cultural environment where anyone can

enjoy the movie through various places and channels.

3. Schedule and Venue

2nd SESIFF will be held in GURO, SEOUL from November 5th to 11th of 2010.

4. Program

The 2nd SESIFF will be based on non-competition and competition sectors.

the international non-competition/competition film festival that is going to be

held from 5th through 11th of November (1 week) at Guro, support by the

Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Seoul and Guro-gu. The SESIFF is new

kind of multimedia platform film festival that can communicate with audiences

by using Seoul Metro subway, mobile-web and streets every where to screen

films with the slogan ‘3-minutes, discovery of the movie!’.

第二屆首首爾國際超短影像＆短片影展（簡稱：SESIFF）包含非競賽類與競賽類，將於11月5-11日於Guro舉行，由文化局、運動與休閒局、首爾市和Guro區聯合贊助，SESIFF是個創新的媒體溝通平台與模式，利用首爾的地下鐵（捷運）系統、行動通訊網路和所有的街道，與觀眾進行交流，以“三分鐘發現影片“作為影展的主題。

國際競賽單元本單元共有176部來自於韓國與世界各地的優秀超級短片參展，很多是具有特色的短片主題，能改變你對於短片的想法，其中包括；商業廣告、動畫與錄影作品，在這個單元將呈現出多元風格的國內與國際影片，所有影片將分為10個播映單元。

影展總裁Sung LEE先生首爾Guro-gu區市長

短小精幹是總裁對於韓國人的形容，他認為這也像是 SESIFF精神，三分鐘讓你看見短片的創意，今年的作品精彩可期。不同於一般影片的播映， SESIFF短片將在許多不同的地點播映，包括；劇院、捷運、手機和網路，讓觀眾能夠隨時欣賞短片，不受到時間和地點的限制。

首爾Guro區一直以來號稱是數位視覺藝術與文化的重地，今年在這裡我們將為您呈現近500部的短片，這些影片有最創新的觀念，影展期間將同時舉辦各種不同的活動與宴會，希望大家不要錯過參與的機會。

影展主席SUH Myung Soo先生

經過非常圓滿成功的第一屆的 SESIFF，我們創造一個平台，我們利用首爾地鐵來作為影展的戲院，讓影片可以更貼近觀眾。今年的影展收到495件的國際參賽作品，比去年增加了200件，證明我們的主張是正確的。

電影“阿凡達“顯示視覺藝術文化從2D換到3D的議題，因此今年我們針對3D動畫有相關的研討會與會議，並且與國內外相關領域的導演與專家交換意見，探討3D動畫與視覺文化藝術的影響。我們感謝國內各界視覺藝術產業所提供的作品，來響應我我們的“三分鐘發現電影“的主題。
