Our offer is valid for 30 Days from the date of quotation, and thereafter

subject to our re-confirmation. (Please note that the validity of the offer does

not confirm the availability/delivery of equipment which will only be confirmed

once your firm order is received with advance payment). Acceptance is

recognized only when the payment is received in accordance to the payment

terms.

DUTIES,TAXES &

DEVALUATION

Prices quoted are subject to current exchange rate, taxes, duties & levies. In

case there is any upward revision by the Government in duty taxes or levies or

rupee is devalued (after the quoted date), new rates will apply to all

Equipment/Services remaining undelivered on that date and selling price will

accordingly be revised.

CANCELLATION OF

BOOKING

If customer fails to comply above mentioned clauses,Orient Energy Systems

(Pvt.) Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the booking of the equipment and

refund the amount of down payment to the customer after charging yard-

stocking fee of 2% per month of the selling price of respective equipment.

WARRANTYOne year standard warranty (except batteries) from the date of delivery subject

to utilization of recommended spares & lubricating oil (Refer to Warranty

Statement of Manufacturer for details).

Offloading of equipment at site;

All kind of approvals from Local Authorities for Electric Power Generation,

Explosive, NOC, etc;

Consumables (diesel fuel & water) as per manufacturer's recommendations;

Load for testing generator at site up to 100% rating;

Installation material & labour (Electrical and mechanical) Civil works as per requirement of manufacturer

All other items not mentioned in above quotation.

Orient Energy Systems (Pvt) Ltd. is exempt from WHS Tax on supplies

(imported) Clause xi of Rule 5 of the Sales Tax Special Procedure

(Withholding) Rules 2007" as notified by FBR through SRO 660(1)/2007 dated

June 30, 2007 and amended by SRO# 897(i) Dated 04-10-2013

Includes labor charges only**fuel, lube oil, coolant etc. will be in the customer's scope

TRANSFER OF TITLE

Notwithstanding anything contained herein until the entire contract price has

been paid. Title to the contracted goods, shall remain with the Orient Energy

Systems (Pvt.) Ltd. In case of any default made in the payment terms, the

seller shall have the right to repossess the equipment.

FORCE MAJEURE This offer is subject to standard force majeure conditions.
