The SHOW MSGQ command shows a large number of messages queued to the

APPC environment. This occurs when a procedure is started on a remote

region via an &APPC RPC and that procedure is missing the necessary

&INTCMD where it issues a PROFILE or SYSCMD command.

The messages are not queued but the MSGQ counter is not decremented.

The messages are not logged.
