CABLE TrAY SYSTEMS OVErVIEw Swaged Ladder Cable Trays (Aluminum & Steel)SFSP’s Swaged Ladder Cable Trays consist of 2 outside rails are connected by round tubular rung of 25 mm outside diameter.- SFSP’s Swaged Ladder Cable Trays’, are manufacturred in widths (w): 100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, 300 mm, 400 mm, 500 mm, 600 mm, 750 mm and 900 mm.
Tubular rungsThe available distance spacing (S) between the rungs is 229 mm. Length (L): 2440/3000 mm. Side height of the side rail is 110 mm, 136 mm, 162 mm and 188 mm. Swaged Ladder Cable Trays are available in:
• Aluminum 6063 T6 • Hot-Dip galvanized after fabrication S 235. • Mil galvanized

LAddEr TYPE FITTINGSLadder Cable Tray fittings are those components which provide changes in direction or elevation of the Ladder Cable Tray systems. SFSP fittings are available in different bending radii to accommodate a wide range of cable sizes and types. The horizontal and vertical elbows are available in 450, and 900 degrees of arc. All illustrations shown herein depict our standard ladder rung. The rung spacing of ladder fittings is generally maintained at the fitting centerline. Ladder Cable Tray fittings are usually manufactured in two types; cornered and curved.
