Men of all ages are invited to this Friday morning study focused on discipleship, growth, and accountability. Led by teacher Mike Terlizzi, the group meets on campus with an option to join via Zoom as well.

This Sunday is the final day to drop off donations for our spring food drive to help stock the shelves at our local Paradise Valley Emergency Food Bank. You can view a listed of requested items on our website. Thanks for helping us get out there to love and serve our Arizona neighbors.

Since 2004, God has been using SBC to impact the next generation in two Tanzanian villages! Nearly 1,200 children are attending our two schools or being sponsored in secondary schools. Through your involvement, students receive a Christ-centered education, nutritious food, health care and a hopeful future. Here are some ways to get involved:

Sponsor a primary or secondary studentStudents attend our primary schools for 9 years, secondary school for 4 years, and hopefully continue on to vocational college or university. We currently have 200+ new or continuing students who need sponsors.

Provide a Boarding School Dorm KitYour $100 donation will provide all the items a new secondary student needs to live in a dorm for four years.

Donate to our Tanzania College Scholarship FundCollege is critical to launching a student into a job that will impact their future. If an existing sponsor can’t afford the full cost, your one-time or recurring gift can help a student further their education.

Visit our schools in Tanzania Come see first-hand the power of a good education in the lives of our students and visit your student’s home.

SBC Cactus has been a long-term partner with House of Refuge Sunnyslope, a Christ-centered transitional home for men, women, a n d w o m e n w i t h c h i l d r e n . Volunteers serve weekly meals and lead Bible studies. Due to Covid physical distancing, fewer people have been allowed to gather for meals and Bible studies, impacting men in the program especially. A donation of $15,000 from the SBC Elders’ Fund is being used to enlarge their dining/gathering space. Thank you for helping us meet needs in our community!
