Technical descriptionCaesar Mobile CRM is a web based solution for mobile devices regarding screen size and use.

It works like an “app” and all smart phone users will recognize the look and feel from other applications. But compared to a typical app it has a large advantage. The user does not have to download anything. This means that changes are easy to distribute. Whenever you make a change in the application it is automatically and instantly available for all users.

Caesar Mobile CRM is a part of Caesar CRM and is run on the same web server as Caesar CRM. When Mobile CRM is installed Caesar recognizes if a mobile device is used, and when a call is made it is automatically sent to Mobile CRM.

Regarding security Mobile CRM uses the same solution as the ordinary web application. Caesar CRM is run on a Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) and supports all security mechanisms available in IIS.

Using Single-Sign on (Windows-security) you get the best security. If a user loses her mobile phone, she only changes her Windows password and all information is safe.
