Training Leadership

Level 1 - Ten weeks course (one year) Complete the four key seminars (Bodyworks, Discover Your

Church Seminar, Participation Plus and Becoming a Contagious Christian)

Read and critique two books (e.g. Willow Creek’s Small group leader handbook)

Listen to and critique one tape/CD a month Level 2 - Ten month course (one evening a month)

Course followed, Focussed Living Personal Development Process (Focus: Personal Mission Statement and Mentoring: Personal Mentors)

Complete 2 seminars (How to give successful bible studies, ? Read and critique two books Listen to and critique one tape/CD a month
