About UsThe backstory…
Cahoots all started with the mutual admiration of two prestigious dancewear manufacturers. The owners of two dance apparel lines starting talking at a trade show about how cool it would be to merge what each line did best. “What if we combined Heart and Soul’s on trend designs and superior embellishment skills with Suffolk’s fabulous fabrics and the phenomenal fit of our lux leotards?”
Before we knew it, Jeff, Steph, Mark, and Keri were in Cahoots to bring you the most unique and fashion forward leotards the dance market has ever seen.
Heart and Soul DancewearHeart and Soul brings high fashion dance apparel to those passionate about design and passionate about their love of dance. Heart and Soul’s savvy streetwear and on trend dancewear is known internationally for conveying creativity and artistic expression into their apparel collection.Owner Stephanie is a former award winning dancer and teacher. Stephanie is the creative director for Heart and Soul. Her passion and creativity lead the company and the industry. Our apparel is created by dancers for dancers.Owner Jeff offers his 25 years of experience in the apparel industry and has created and launched some major brand lines for both the dancewear and fashion industry.We have put our Heart and Soul into the apparel and dance industry for years, and we know that dancers put their Heart and Soul into dance.
SuffolkSuffolk is completely dedicated to the dancer. From our premiere Suffolk Pointe shoes made in England, to our classic, tailored, Suffolk Apparel made in the USA, everything we do allows the modern dancer to shine. We believe in fair trade, we believe in quality workmanship, and we believe in using the very best materials. And most of all, we believe in dancers.Owner Mark is an engineer, with more than 30 years of pointe shoe manufacturing experience. Owner Keri has a background in dance and fashion design and has helped Suffolk expand distribution and increased the product line to include accessories and luxury dancewear.
Together, Heart and Soul and Suffolk have created Cahoots to be inspired by dancers like you.
