The original design in theCalHEERS SAWS outbound SFTPprocess called for a single zip,specific to County and Case, todeliver both images andnotices. As the volumessurpassed the performancelimitations, a mitigationstrategy to manually bundlethe singleton zips into a furtherbundled zip had beenimplemented upon everydeployment to react to thevolume.

The original design hasbeen updated to make thebundling process a part ofthe base functionality. Assuch, no humanintervention on the part ofthe Release Managementand Build/Deploy teams isneeded to configure thisprocess. This process isnow automated. Also,Image transfer has beenremoved from thisprocess, and will beaddressed in CR # 10020.
