KEYSTONE VS STANDARDINVESTOR OPTIONS
Keystone Investment Standard Investment
→ Receive a pro-rated distribution of the project returns (ROI and IRR) based on your ownership contribution
→ 8% Preferred Returns pro-rated from the date the full commitment amount is received until July 1st 2019
→ Minimum Investment amount of $50,000 USD
→ Full commitment amount is due on completion of the documentation package
→ Keystone Investment is limited to the first $750,000 USDreceived for the project
→ On July 1st, 2019 all Keystone shares are converted into common shares
