Its infrastructure and ample democratic environment acts as a bait for many illegal immigrants. At the same time, the US accepts refugees as part of international humanitarian efforts, and when conditions are ripe for these refugees to return to their countries, some fail adding to the list of immigrants in the US. As a result, the most states in the US are occupied by illegal immigrants.
