Consumer Connect features plug-n-play device discovery through

TR-069 ACS functionality, enabling real-time visibility into your

subscriber’s home network.

This allows customer service agents to react appropriately

during issue resolution calls and remotely activate residential

gateway diagnostic procedures – minimizing the need for

on-site maintenance visits. It’s like having an always-available

virtual technician in the home.

Consumer Connect leverages the “cloud” to automate device

and service activation processes. This no-hands activation and

Network operators can remotely launch diagnostic tests and resolve
