CALL FOR AQ COURSE WRITERS ETFO is seeking writers for the following two online Additional Qualification courses: Required Experience: Applicants should have extensive experience in course writing, course facilitation and knowledge of online delivery of teacher professional learning. This experience should include, but may not be limited to: Extensive experience in course development, curriculum writing, professional learning; Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles; An understanding of ETFO’s priorities of equity and social justice; Two Specialist Qualifications or equivalent; Leadership at board or system level; Involvement in ETFO provincial and local programs; and Two letters of reference Interested instructors should submit: 1. An up-to-date résumé. 2. A cover letter: Applicants will outline specific and relevant experience with subject matter and online course development. 3. Personal philosophy regarding learning online: Applicants will provide a maximum 150 word statement reflecting their personal philosophy of, and professional experience with, online course development. 4. If applicable, a sample of previous online courses: one to two pages that the applicant has written in the past. ETFO members interested in this opportunity must complete the following two steps: 1.
