Call for Chairpersons for EYP-UA Weekends
in Kharkiv, Kherson, Boryspil and Uzhgorod
EYP-Ukraine is delighted to announce the call for Chairpersons for its upcoming
EYP-UA Weekends that will be held in lovely cities of Kharkiv, Kherson, Boryspil and
Uzhgorod. Sessions are head-organised by experienced Ukrainian EYPers and
presided by outstanding presidents. They will ensure a high academic quality and
training experience for the session’s officials:
Kharkiv EYP-UA Weekend | 20-21/09

Boryspil EYP-UA Weekend | 18-19/10
Head-Organisers – Diana Lyashenko
President – Niklavs Matusevics (LV)
Kherson EYP-UA Weekend | 11-12/10
Head-Organiser – Anna Savchenko
President – Valeriya Boyko (UA)
Uzhgorod EYP-UA Weekend | 22-23/11
Head-Organiser – Ivan Dyulay
President – Koka Kapanadze (GE)
There is no participation fee for the officials. Also, the officials are required to
arrive in the respective city before 10:00 one day prior the respective EYP-UA
Weekend. Departures are possible after 16:30. You can submit your application by
filling in the application form linked below. Deadlines are the following:
16/08, 21:59 CET for Kharkiv
25/08, 21:59 CET for Boryspil and Kherson
30/08, 21:59 CET for Uzhgorod
The selection panel will conduct the selection process within 3 days from the
deadline and will inform the applicants individually of the selection results.
