Dear partners and friends, The training course: "Youth work from different angles and European future" will be held in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina in July 2015. We hereby kindly ask you to recruit participants from your organizations that will be able to participate at the training course and give back their knowledge and skills in the topics of the training course. The training course will take place in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Mostar) from 2 nd July (arrival in the afternoon) to 10 th July (departure in the morning after the breakfast) 2015. About the training course "Youth work from different angles and European future" is 7-days long training course that will be held from 2-10 July in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Training course (TC) will gather 23 participants from 5 organizations from 5 countries (Turkey, Slovakia, Croatia, Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina). Objectives of the training are: - Implement one training for 23 youth workers from 5 countries; - Share experience and methodologies of work between youth workers from different countries (both EU program and partner countries); - Improve knowledge about topic of youth work, participation of youth in projects; - Improving and gaining knowledge on topic of youth led projects and participation in those projects; - Make or strengthen the cooperation and knowledge sharing between organizations of youth workers and organizations active in the field of youth work in countries included in the project; - Sharing and learning common information about youth work policies and laws in the EU countries. The training is developed for youth workers and trainers willing to plan, prepare and lead local workshops for youth about the youth work and European Union as well as work on project writing and project funding (that are also the main themes). The training course is based on the approach and principles of non-formal education and will use a lot of insights from the SALTO booklets, EU policy documents and Erasmus+ program guidelines. The language of the training course will be English. The participants should fulfil the following criteria: Age above 18 (up to 35 but not necessary if agreement is made between possible participants and partner organization) Willing to get involved on your local level in non-formal education activities with the topic of non-formal education, project writing, EU and EU policies concerning the topic of youth work Able to work in English

    Partner organizations: According to the project application there are 10 partner organizations involved in the project:

    Outward Bound Croatia (OBC), Croatia ACT for SOCIETY Center, Albania A.D.E.L., Slovakia NGO YP, Bosnia and Herzegovina Malatya Il Milli Egitim Mudurlugu, Turkey (project applicant)

    Travel and visa costs reimbursement

    First of all, we ask you to keep all your tickets, boarding passes and receipts (originals). Only if you have the travel tickets, boarding passes and receipts we will be able to reimburse your travel costs. We will only reimburse your travel cost if you participate in the whole training course. The table below shows the maximum amount of money we can refund, according to your country by the rules of the Erasmus+ program. We will reimburse you the amount of money you spend on your tickets, but no more than written in the table below.

    The travel reimbursement will not be done on the spot, but after the return of the participants to their homes and after they send the original tickets and boarding passes to the organizers. We advise you to get all the original receipts for every ticket you purchased. The transfer of money for travel reimbursement will be done by direct transfer to individuals bank accounts or partner organization account.

    Participation fee: NONE! All accommodation and food costs in the hotel are covered by the organizers.

  • Applications Please find the Application form attached. If you are interested to participate in the training, please fill it in and send back by e-mail to [email protected] till the 25th of June. We ask you to fill in the application form and answer all the questions in it. If you have any physical limitations, disease and/or use medicine we need to know about, indicate it on the application form. If you are a vegetarian or have special diet, also let us know, indicate on your application form what you cannot or dont want to eat and what you can so that we can arrange suitable food. Selected participants will receive the detailed info sheet till 28th of June 2015.
