before entering a Radioactive Material Area if you do not have Rad Worker Training (EHS 471/472) and your name is not on the Radiation Protection Group authorization (RWA/RWP).

if your work exposes any previously unexposed surface or you are accessing overhead spaces in any building specified in the RWP or on the Site Wide Call Sheet, or

if you have any questions regarding access to

areas that may contain radioactive materials.
