There is nothing in the ministry that is more exciting than to see the Hand of God at work in your midst. We can gratefully report that this is what we are seeing in our labors for the cause of Christ and His Gospel. This year we were able to help in a significant way to get hundreds of thousands of Scriptures to many fields, especially in the Country of Honduras. How grateful we are that so many Churches and fellow-laborers helped move this project along. We also were involved in producing thousands more Scriptures in a pocket-size edition of John/Romans for our military. We have worked closely with a dear brother who carries a burden to reach U.S. soldiers with the message of Hope and Salvation.

The Lord has enabled us to get our Local Church Bible inventory up to speed as well. We praise God for the heavy demand for God’s precious Word that the brethren find in our ministry. We fully re-stocked the shelves with our Hard-cover Pew Bible, and the hand-size Flush-cut Vinyl Bible that is very useful in so many churches. The printing of our latest edition, item #218 is now available in various cover styles. It is a beautiful, large print, red-letter edition with center column references and about 100 pages of study helps and maps.

This summer we replaced our digital printer with a brand new Canon Imagerunner 8585i. Since then, it has been running almost non-stop putting out books for Pastors, Evangelists, Preachers and re-prints. We do this at cost, and the Lord continues to bless.

UPDATE ON THE NEW BUILDING Plans are still going forward to construct the addition for our newly acquired press. The press is on our church

property already, but it sits unassembled in one of our warehouses. We are working with our city planners and building codes. The engineers and architect are still putting everything together so that once we break ground, the construction can go on without a lot of interruption. Please PRAY and please GIVE toward this great work. The cost estimate is around $400,000, of which we have 25% now.

As director of these ministries, I can tell you first hand that the lowdown devil is fighting us at every turn. Anyone who attempts to grow in the Lord, or help others to grow, and that would include providing God’s Word for others; they are going to find strong opposition from Hell.

But “...greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.” 1 John 4:4 AMEN!

There are two areas of major need concerning PMBC Printing Ministry:

1. Monthly support for BPS. Gifts can be designated for “Paper” only, which will go directly into the purchase of paper on which to print Scripture. This is our number ONE priority. There are several projects in the works right now which will require at least $60,000 in the coming year. We know the Lord will provide, but you can have a part in helping us reach that goal.

2. Building Project. We have seen the Lord provide many gifts through His people to help toward the addition of the building to house the press. Many are giving a monthly gift directly for the building. We have on hand 25% of the $400,000 needed to complete this project. Please pray and give as the Lord enables you.

It is a blessing to report that things are coming together nicely as we approach the busy Holiday Season. There is usually quite a rush for Bibles and Books from our website during the Christmas “rush”. So could we encourage you to place orders in plenty of time to receive your preferred items?

We received a large order of leather for covers, and we will have a full supply of Quality King James Bibles on hand for those of you that are seeking them. We expect most items to be in stock before Thanksgiving Day.

This year the Lord enabled us to print and provide around 4,000 Hardback Pew Bibles and Vinyl flush-cut Bibles. We are thankful for the churches that put our Hardback Bibles in the church pews for those who need them. Vinyl flush-cut Bibles are printed on the same quality paper, and stitched as our quality leather Bibles. This provides great durability at a low cost.

As we write this newsletter, plans are going forward to re-print our popular Hand-size plain text Bible, item #180. This is the bold type with self-pronouncing text that is quite readable for those of us whose eyes are, shall I say, “aging”.

How to get involved in our BPS Ministry:1. PRAY - Our goal for 2019 is to provide 400,000 Spanish John/Romans for Guatemala. The President of Guatemala wants to put the Word of God in the hands of every public school student. We are working with another printing ministry to meet this challenge.
