What does this mean?

How does it make you feel?

Lent is the 40 days leading up to Easter. Some people give something up during Lent, and

every time they think about that one thing they remember the sacrifice that God made for us.

Instead of giving something up, some people choose to add something for the next 40 days (more prayer,

reading the Bible or a devotional, serving others, fasting, etc).
