CAMBRIDGE HEADLINES Cambridge High School 03.19.18 Around Cambridge Bell Schedule This Week - Bell Schedule A PAWS Tuesday and Thursday Surface Restart Effective immediately, all students will need to restart their Surface each day as we begin to prepare for the April End of Course (EOC) tests. The technology department will be sending required updates to all Fulton County devices daily, and failure to receive the updates may interfere with the optimal operation of your Surface. If you are currently experiencing problems with your device, you will need to report the issues to the Help Desk, located in the Student Center. Cambridge HOSA HOSA (Future Healthcare Occupations) competed March 8-10 at the State Leadership conference with 4400 students in attendance. Congratulations to these students who excelled in the competition. Ashna Gopali, Medha Kallem, and Anjnee Rana placed 2nd in Public Health Presentation and can continue to the International Conference in June. Katie Abbott and Frank Harris placed 4th in CPR/First Aid Kai Abiola placed 7th in Transcultural Health Megna Reddy placed 10th and Rachel Kang 15th in Biomedical Laboratory Sciences. Manav Kumar, Sid Marupudi, and Dilan Shah placed 11th in Public Service Announcement Please congratulate these students for their hard work outside of school. Many students they are competing against have health career classes that prepare them at school. Lady’s LaCrosse Make Top Ten Congratulations to the Cambridge Lady's LaCrosse for joining the Nike/US LaCrosse South Girls' Top Ten. The 2017 6A state runners-up captured the ranking with their 8 - 1 record. It increases the number of visitors we have on campus. * Please have a pass in the hallway and if you don’t have an ID, get one from the office. After spring break, we are looking at making IDs mandatory, and we will buy you nice Cambridge lanyards. Please continue to monitor your social media and if you see a post that is inappropriate, please tell a trusted adult in the building.
