• “Actions speak louder than words”
“Record, Capture, and Share” Throughout my life, I’ve always been
the one to go the extra mile. With my creativity and intestinal fortitude, I have been able to accomplish even the most impossible tasks. I have many plans, though I’m not one to speak, because I believe that the end results speak for themselves. Though, here is a look at what you can expect.
RECORD• Be present at all brotherhood meetings, elections, and other events that require
note-taking and scripture duties delegated under the position as scribe.• Take efficient notes and deliver them in a speedy manner to the brotherhood.
– Within one day to the brotherhood so that absent brothers at the meeting are kept up to date with all the latests news and event within the Omega Chapter.
• Attend IFC-related meetings and take diligent notes as well as report back to the Master and Lieutenant Master.
• Require Rush-Chair and Pledgemaster to supply Scribe with list of events for periods of rush and pledge well in advanced so that he can share the material with the entire brotherhood to prevent discrepancies which can include: poor brotherhood attendance and questions of risks or not.
CAPTURE• Take photographs of the
brotherhood at all events and ceremonies where photography is permitted – Excludes pledge and brotherhood
inductions.– Rush events, brotherhood events,
semiformal and formal, and all mixers and cocktails.
SHARE• Create an interactive, informative and well-
designed web site for the Alpha Epsilon Pi, Omega Chapter.– Semi-private and public environment
• Public section will allow everyone to see the success of the Omega through vivid pictures and information.– Section for Jewish prospective Carolina students which will
allow them to contact brothers for further information or schedule a weekend visit.
• Private section will require brothers to log-in– To reduce the amount of clutter in our inboxes, a forum for all
active brothers to discuss and speak their mind.
• Semiannual and annual newsletters to the parents of active brothers, alumni of AEPi Omega Chapter and other donors.
• An annual picture-music slideshow that will be shown at the last brotherhood meeting of the academic school-year for the brothers to recapture the best moments and success of each year.
