Maps are at the end of the Packet for your Reference Arrival and Departure Routes These routes are the same in and out of Burlington based on the same Bike Route in and out used by RAGBRAI. Please note there are multiple support vehicle routes depending on your campground. Camping Camping is located at seven main areas. Maps are included.

• Burlington High School (BHS) is the Main RAGBRAI Campground. Amenities including: SAG Wagon Drop Off, Shuttle, Information Center, Concessions, Showers, Indoor Sleeping, Pool. Located at 421 Terrace Ave, Burlington.

• Notre Dame Catholic Schools (ND) is across the street from BHS Campground. Amenities including: Shuttle, Information Center, First Aid, Concessions, Showers, Indoor Sleeping. Located at 702 S Roosevelt Ave, Burlington.

• Edward Stone Middle School (Ed Stone) is south of ND Campground and will house the Pork Belly Ventures and Loon Charters. Pork Belly Ventures Shower Trailer will be available. Located at 3000 Mason Rd, Burlington.

• Dankwardt and Crapo Parks (it’s pronounced Cray-po) Just wanting to make that clear! These beautiful parks are located adjacent to each other off of Madison Ave. Amenities including: Shuttle, Information Center, Concessions, Showers by Joe’s Wet Shack, Pool, Playground and a Municipal Band Concert from 7:30-8:30 pm. Located at 2400 and 2800 S Madison Ave, Burlington.

• Burlington YMCA Amenities including: Shuttle, Information Center, Showers, Pool. Located at 2410 Mount Pleasant St., Burlington.

• Southeastern Community College (SCC) The Des Moines County Fair is on property during this time and will use a majority of the grounds for their activities. Feel free to stop out and enjoy the Fair! Amenities including: Shuttle, Information Center, Concessions, Showers. Located at 1500 West Agency Rd., West Burlington.

• Westland Mall will be the RV Campground. Amenities including: Shuttle, Information Center, Concessions, Showers. Located at 550 S Gear Ave., West Burlington.

Campground Guidelines • The Official RAGBRAI Campground is located at Burlington High School. • Charcoal fires, large grills and open flames are not permitted • Kegs and other bulk containers of alcohol are prohibited in campgrounds • Trash should be bagged and disposed of in available dumpsters. Bags will be handed out at

information centers or as you come into the park. • Roadways should be clear for emergency vehicle traffic. Please park on the side of the road,

ensuring there is a vehicle lane available. Dankwardt and Crapo Parks have roads that are 60 feet wide, so parking should be no problem on either side of the road and allow for vehicle traffic.

Ice Ice is available in a variety of places, some through local retailers, others through the Burlington RAGBRAI committee. Burlington and West Burlington also have several convenience stores, grocery stores, and big box retailers.

• Campgrounds of BHS, ND, and Ed Stone – retail options include Casey’s, Fareway, and Hy-Vee. Casey’s 3105 West Ave; Fareway 920 Lawrence Ave; Hy-Vee 3140 East Agency Ave.

• Campgrounds of Dankwardt and Crapo Parks – ice will be sold at the Info Center in Dankwardt Park. It may also be on golf carts, but not guaranteed.

• Campgrounds at SCC – retail options include Phillips 66 at 1108 W Agency Rd. • Campgrounds at YMCA – BP at 2760 Mt Pleasant St.

Shuttle Information

• Shuttles will operate on a Hub and Spoke Pattern. Departing from the Campground and heading to downtown.

• Downtown Shuttle Stops will include: o Main and Valley Streets for Dankwardt and Crapo Parks o Front and Valley Streets for BHS, ND, SCC, Westland Mall and YMCA Shuttles.

• All Shuttles will be marked with a color and name of the location. • Shuttles will run from 12 pm – 12:30 am with the exception of the YMCA which will be 1 pm –

11 pm The Party and RAGBRAI Expo

• The Party will be held in Downtown Burlington, between the Port of Burlington and Memorial Auditorium. Vendors will set up along Jefferson Street.
