Our AGM will be held first, followed by an open meeting entitled: Practical ways of meeting the challenges to Camphill This will continue our series of meetings dealing with the challenges to Camphill and how to maintain Camphill’s principles and practices. As a result of our recent Delrow meeting we have decided that this meeting will concentrate on practical ways of dealing with the various challenges to Camphill, particularly the issues of management, the role of co-workers, personalisation and family partnerships. The panel will be made up of four managers from various communities who are currently dealing with these issues. Full details of the speakers will be announced later. The four speakers will have ten to fifteen minutes each to talk about their approach to these issues and there will be plenty of opportunity for audience participation. We intend subsequently to publish a list of practical suggestions throughout Camphill. The programme will be as follows: 10.15 Coffee etc 10.45 AGM, details of which will be sent in due course. 11.15 Practical ways of dealing with Camphill’s challenges – our four speakers. 1.00 Lunch 1.45 Continuation of the morning session if required, with time also to report on other matters of importance to families and friends. 3.30 Finish Entry to non-members will be £10 or they will be able to join CFF at the door.
