• Creates and/or accelerates development of innovative technologies and IP
• Defined commercialization potential, commercial path or application of outcomes

ECOSYSTEM
• Submit collaborative project proposals to the OSC;
• Be a delivery partner for Innovation Ecosystem activities;
• Participate in cluster direction setting through various channels, including:
• Technology Leadership Working Group (TLWG)
• Innovation Ecosystem Working Group (IEWG)
• OSC Board of Directors
• Ad hoc working groups, or committees
• Workshops and cluster input sessions
