-History of tobacco use: cigarette, pipe, cigar or smokeless-Excessive use of alcohol -Contraction of virus: HPV or a Herpes-Have been found in healthy individuals

Warning Signs

Most often one would notice a lesion or some type of non-healing wound.

Prevention

Doc could have probably prevented having had oral cancer if he would have made regular check-up visits with his dentist

Also his habits of spending plenty of hours at weekend parties didn’t help in slowing down the

growth of his cancer

Had he taken his health seriously he would have continued being a great performer, continued to grow

his insurance business and been abe to take care of his family.
