In reading the CANFORGEN I can foresee a potential, and
perhaps
immediate, surge of postings to the JPSU. Should this happen,
Isuggest we put a plan in place to provide an equally rapid
response to increase our staff commensurately.
In talking to the RSM, I know this subj. was broached through
theSnr NCM net and the response was to engage losing units for
healthy personnel to augment the JPSU staff.
Im fairly certain that if that is the way ahead, that it may
bemet with some pushback unless there is mention of it in
theCANFORGEN. Ive attached the RSMs thoughts on this subj fro
your
SA.
