This recognition opportunity serves to highlight the enhanced capabilities of the CAO area in the four 2015 CAO Focus Areas, along with Collaboration and Efficiency, by recognizing and promoting the accomplishments of the CAO Team members.

EPIC Award

“Every Person Inspiring Change”

• Minimum Six awards to be given for 2015, one for each focus area as well as Efficiency and Collaboration.

• Intended to be complementary to our overall LIFE principles and related awards process.

• Submissions can be previous BBOY recipients, anticipated manager submissions to the BBOY program or simply activities strongly supporting the CAO focus areas. Entries can be individual or on behalf of team activities.

• Ideas are submitted to email epicawards@bayer.com using the submission template. The submissions will be evaluated by the EPIC Committee. Nominations will be due November 30, 2015

• EPIC Committee will review submissions and select the submissions in each category to receive the EPIC award

• Winning idea will receive the EPIC Award at the BHC CAO Town Hall meeting in late 2015/early 2016
