ONtrak Asset Management Software is a proprietary tool tracking soft-ware system that is ideal for construction and industrial sites. ONtrak delivers absolute accountability and real-time reporting on equipment and tool utilisation both on construction projects and during indus-trial outages. Using a barcode technology every single item can be tracked back to an individual.

Many Onsite customers enjoy material cost savings on construction projects and industrial outages by making use of our “Branch-in-a-Box” relocatable rental facility. Branch-in a Box is a rapid deployable rental equipment depot used to provide on-project service. Branch-in-a-Box is often used in conjunction with the ONtrak asset tracking system.

“FirstON,” is Onsite’s unique site establishment packaged service. It enables a one-call turn-key solution to getting a site ready for work. Accommodation, security, amenities, power, water, and sewer is delivered as one package so that our customers arrive at site to find it ready to go.

Individual site audit teams measure against international best practice to advise if any site-based equipment, owned or otherwise is performing at optimum levels. Any poor performance, capacity issues, fuel or environmental inefficiencies can have a material impact on operating costs. Onsite’s power audit will identify and document those issues allowing a formal plan to be put in place to achieve optimum use.

Our ServicesON2it is a unique Onsite-developed smart phone app that confirms delivery and pickup of hire equipment. The app allows drivers to capture customer signatures when they’re present at time of delivery, or they capture a photo as proof of delivery or pickup. Time and location of delivery is captured through GPS coordinates. ON2it, making it easy and saving time for our customers.

The industry-leading app that allows customers to easily review proof of delivery or pickup, request quotes and request on-hire or off-hire equipment. Customers can also view their hire history and have full visibility and accountability of current hire equipment. Onsite Connect means our customers have the information to make smarter decisions about equipment hire saving money and time.

The app that allows customers to easily search, view and analyse Onsite’s complete range of mechanical access equipment. Search by type, size, terrain etc it is easy to use, plus each product has a quick link back to our call centre for immediate support, action or dispatch. It has all the benefits of having a complete specification guide in your pocket at all times, without the need to carry paper files.

POWER AUDIT UNCOVERS BIG SAVINGS FOR MAJOR GAS PLAYER - QGC

QGC Power Audit: Onsite recently completed an audit of over 40 generators across various sites for Gas Provider QGC. The audit involved four Onsite technicians attending the sites over a one week period. They installed load monitoring systems on the generators and developed a power plan.

Case Study: Power AuditThe audit uncovered some 400,000 litres per annum in fuel consumption savings in resulting a CO2 reduction of over a million tonnes per year. This is the equivalent of removing 278 cars from the road. Several safety improvements were also identified.

BRANCH-IN-A-BOX AND ONTRAK PROVES A REAL WINNER AT QNP

Onsite recently despatched a full service Branch-in-a-Box to QNP’s Ammonium Nitrate Plant in Central Queensland to provide equipment management for their planned outage. The turnkey offering that included Onsite’s proprietary ONtrak tool tracking software reduced overall spend, managed more than 1,300 transactions seamlessly and cut QNP’s lost equipment costs by 96%.QNP
