Candace Nold has been employed at Cape Town Fish Market in the V&A Waterfront from December 2004 to date. She was assisting in the running of the restaurant as a F.0.H Manager, waitress and on occasion helped out as a hostess.

Candace proved herself an indispensable resource during a time of increased restaurant pressure and a highly demanding working environment. There were often times where Candace was called upon to work consecutive shifts of over 14 hours.

Candace has proven her loyalty to the company by coming through for us in our time of need. This not only showed us that Candace is clearly loyal but also that she possesses levels of responsibility and maturity.

One of Candace's most distinguishing character traits is her calm and reassuring approach. Her strongly focused and hard-working work ethic almost goes entirely unnoticed as she presents herself as a well composed and relaxed employee. She never seems to shy away from hard work; instead Candace is one who endeavors to do everything to best of her ability. Candace is one who will take the time and ensure that she performs the job correctly.

She is very good at multitasking and handling pressure but she also has that uncanny ability to read the guests and their moods to a tee.
