and services where available. Starworks Global

Capital LLC was incorporated as a Trustee and

Nominee Company under the laws of Cayman

Islands tasked with a responsibility to act as a

regulatory and compliance advisory body to

Starworks Global Pte Ltd, enforcing and ensuring

transparency and accountability of all transactions in

the Starworks Blockchain.

The Starworks Token is based on the decentralized Ethereum

market standard smart contract ERC20 Token. The

standardization of this interface provides streamlined

acceptance into exchange houses for other tokens of this type,

and we expect the same acceptance and compliance

requirements for the STARX Token.

The ERC20 interface will be further enhanced to facilitate the

implementation of additional functionalities needed during and

after the Initial Token/Coupon Offering (“ICO”) so that

Starworks Tokens can be bought, sold, and/or traded.

STARX token holders are able to keep track of their assets in

multiple ways – another feature of ERC20. These assets can

be used across multiple platforms, this means that almost all of

the wallets which support the ether currency and ERC20

tokens also support Starworks Tokens. You are able to choose

another wallet such as Mist, Jaxx or MyEtherWallet or simply

maintain your own Starworks E-Wallet.

cold wallet as an additional security for holders.

STARWALLET is where the user stores and manages their

STARX tokens. The Starwallet service also includes purchase of

the STARX token, payment system for merchants under Starworks

Ecosystem, rewards, transfer, and monitoring STARX price.

The Starwallet with a “tap and go” procedure is also an important

element of the Starworks Ecosystem used to support and record

financial activities as well as actual purchases of goods and

services. The “tap and go” enables the user to use STARX as a

currency to pay their expenses in everyday live situations. The

payment system is available to those merchants that are

registered on the Starworks Ecosystem platform. In addition every

transaction is rewarded via the Starpoint program a marketing

In addition, inside the Starwallet system there will be an extra

feature to link Fiat Money (Our traditional monetary system of
