IATA guidance based on advice received from authorities/experts i.e. the WHO
IATA regional and local offices are monitoring developments on a real-time basis
The Timatic team is validating that information received are enforced at airports

Example - BAHRAIN, 19 August 2014 Nationals of Guinea, Liberia, Nigeria and Sierra Leone
are refused entry, even if holding a valid visa or
residence permit issued by Bahrain. Transit through

mentioned countries are subject to screening and health
check. Passengers may be quarantined for further
assessment.
