Help Reduce Paper with nQ360 Document Scanning and Routing

nQ360 ScanRoute technology helps firms maximize scanning by providing a single engine and common interface for both walk-up scanning (in which routing information is entered directly at the device) and bulk scanning (typically archived scanning, best done by facilities management). Walk-up scanning can be accomplished easily right at the MFD, and bulk scanning can be simplified with bar code cover sheets.

THE PAPER PROBLEM

The giant troves of paper being stored by law firms are a major cause of unnecessary cost and inefficiency. Costs are going up for both onsite and offsite storage. Onsite storage is not ideal for disaster recovery, and once a file moves offsite it typically costs the firm money for many years in ongoing storage and retrieval fees.

nQ360 Embedded for Canon supports nQ360 Print Anywhere, which allows print jobs to be sent from users’ desktops, but only released upon arrival at any compatible device. nQ360 Print Anywhere helps increase security and reduce wasted time and resources.
