    Introduction: The main idea of the project, is detecting

    the cases of car theft if occurred, then

    controlling the car to perform someoperations by a mobile device.

    Getting the cell ID of the mobile board in thecar

    Sending the two Cell IDs to a server

    Updating a database with the new cell IDs.

    Applying a simple algorithm to detect the theftcase.

    User Access Program: The user receives an alarm SMS

    from the server, So hell accessthis program which could be

    considered as the link betweenhim and the MC in the car.

    Some options and features

    created by the J2ME program,and finally an encoded SMS sentto the Mobile Board in the carstands for some operations to beapplied in the car.

    Controlling Techniques After Detection we control the stolen car.

    Microcontroller is the brain of the controlling process

    The microcontroller receives the encoded SMSthrough mobile device connected through the UART

    connection.

    Mobile device modem communicate with ATCommands with the MC.
