How It Works

1. Whilst the engine is running, the alternator provides DC charge to the battery through the dual battery charging system, giving the bulk of charge whilst you are cruising along.

2. During the daytime, the solar panels

convert sunlight into DC power, which is used to charge the batteries via the solar charge controller.

3. The Combi Series interactive inverter-

charger converts the DC power stored in the batteries into 240V AC power to run the appliances.

4. When AC Power is connected (eg., AC

generator or powered camp site), the Combi Series interactive inverter-charger uses the AC power to charge the batteries and deliver power to the AC appliances.

5. DC appliances and loads can be

powered directly from the battery, with an option for load control (load control on SuperCombi only).

Luxury Motorhome MP9015 - 24V System

This is the system for anyone with a motorhome who wants to take advantage of all the included luxury features whilst they are on holidays or tours. With a lot more solar power and battery capacity available, this system can allow for long periods without external AC power battery recharge. Using the larger 3000W SuperCombi Interactive Inverter-charger, this system is capable of occasionally running a domestic type split system air conditioner from battery power. The SuperCombi can automatically start the generator as required to extend time between park power charges.
