It's not all about protein. Here is a good recipe for healthy oat bars, full of good carbs! 3-4 ripe bananas 3 cups (glutenfree) oats 1/2 cup chopped dried dates 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots 1/2 cup chopped almonds or cashews 1 teaspoon cinnamon Mash bananas and mix with the other ingredients. Spread the mix on to a pan into a rectangle and press it evenly using the back of a spoon. Bake in oven on 180°C for 30-35 min Cool down and cut into bars.
