Carbocrete Cove (1/8 to 3/16-inch) Carbocrete Cove provides a highly durable cove base which ensures a seamless, hygienic transition between floor and wall.

Carbocrete IF An extreme, heavy duty, iron filled urethane cement flooring system (contains Polygiene).

Used wherever heavy impact, high thermal shock or high MVT conditions exist.

Carbocrete MF A medium duty, urethane cement flooring system with a smooth, matte finish (contains Polygiene).

Used to protect dry process areas, packaging areas and laboratories.

Carbocrete FCAn optional, urethane cement primer for porous concrete/outgassing concerns or a semi flexible, urethane cement, pigmented sealer (contains Polygiene).

Used as a complimentary urethane cement primer or sealer. Typical topcoat for Carbocrete SR and Carbocrete SL flooring systems.

Carbocrete FCUV A UV stable, semi-gloss, urethane cement floor sealer (contains Polygiene).

Used as a complimentary, UV resistant urethane cement sealer.

Carbocrete SR Sealer A pigmented, polyurethane sealer for broadcast systems (contains Polygiene).

Used as a lock coat for Carbocrete SR or Carbocrete SL urethane cement flooring systems.

CONCRETE REPAIR DESCRIPTION USES

Carbocrete 4000 A cement based, high performance underlayment (trowel applied).

Used for sloping and patching floors. Protein-free formulation prevents the growth and spread of bacteria.

Carbocrete Fill A rapid setting, urethane cement underlayment. Used to repair damaged floor slabs or to create floor sloping.

Carboseal Flex Joint A UV resistant, 100% solids, semi-rigid polyurea joint sealant.

Used to fill construction joints, to protect joint edges and to seal open joints. It increases the life of your floor by reducing the areas where bacteria can grow.

Carboguard 501 A solvent free epoxy patching and surfacing compound.Used for repairing damaged concrete and for filling in narrow cracks. It can also be used as coving material for floor-to-wall transitions or lap joint areas.

EPOXY PRIMERS DESCRIPTION USES

Carboseal 702 A multi-purpose, 100% solids, thixotropic epoxy resin system.

Used as a thixotropic vertical primer, grout coat, binder and primer for cove base.

Carboseal 710 A specially formulated, trowel applied epoxy mortar system. Used for high traffic areas. Pigment Packs can be added if a color is desired.

Carboseal 720 A low viscosity, 100% solids epoxy primer for cement surfaces.

Used for priming concrete as part of an industrial flooring system.

Carboguard 1340 WB A two-component, waterborne epoxy primer Effective damp concrete substrates prior to topcoats that might otherwise be compromised by any surface moisture.

BINDERS/SEALERS/TOPCOATS DESCRIPTION USES

Sanitile 555 VOC A high performance, water based epoxy coating. Used as a water based epoxy topcoat or receiving coat for decorative flakes.

Carboseal 705 A high performance, 100% solids, self- priming epoxy floor coating.

Used as a receiving and seal coat for decorative broadcast floors. Universal Color Packs can be added if a color is desired.

Carboseal 725 A low viscosity, 100% solids epoxy resin binder and sealer with improved UV resistance and performance properties.

Used as a finish coat for color quartz or decorative flake systems.

Carboseal 816 A high-gloss, low odor polyurethane finish coat. Used as a UV resistant, pigmented polyurethane floor sealer for concrete, screeds or epoxy resin systems.

Carboseal 816 HAR An abrasion-resistant, low odor polyurethane finish coat. A lower gloss urethane that provides excellent abrasion resistance and protection for flooring systems.

Carboseal 985 A fast cure, polyaspartic coating that imparts excellent UV and chemical protection.

Used as a fast curing, UV stable sealer or receiving coat for flake and quartz broadcast systems.
