About the Pre-Planning Process: Member & Partner Survey• Survey administered May 18 – 29, 2015 (Survey Monkey)• Link sent by CADI Coordinator to the nearly 1,000 folks• 105 completed – 31% CADI members• Primary Professional Setting:
• 40% - healthcare provider, system, or institution • 25% - educational system or institution• 16% - CBO or service provider• 10% - government• < 4% - business/industry, advocacy organization, professional
association, retired

• 94% said to include regional meetings• 69% said they prefer planning processes with fewer, longer
sessions (versus more, shorter meetings)• 34% said they want to participate in the planning process
(53% said “I don’t know”)
