Position Summary The PRR Manager is responsible for providing patients an exceptional experience while we navigate them through the registration, check-in, and scheduling processes. In addition, the Manager will drive improved customer satisfaction and greater departmental compliance with the Monroe Clinic Service Excellence Standards.
The Manager will be responsible for:
* Ensuring registration representatives provide an exceptional customer experience while efficiently registering, checking in, and scheduling customers. * Identifying training and development needs within the registration and check in process of the organization. * Collaborate with departments for orientation and training of new staff. * Develop and maintain the preceptor training and train the trainer program. * Produce and manage delivery of training as it relates to the day to day operations of the registration team. * Coordinates with EPIC staff and maintains registration standard work related to EPIC functionality. Makes recommendations for standard work changes by engaging the registration team. * Prepare and maintain monthly reports related to compliance with organizational metrics including co-pay collection and patient satisfaction. * Collaborate with Department and Branch coaches to maintain department specific protocols and registration competency for the specific area. * Attends and participates in departmental meetings as requested. * Monitoring and coordinating staff schedules in accordance with department protocols. * Analyze and adjust staffing to volume while maintaining service and phone capture rates. * Utilize LEAN tools to drive efficiency on the registration team. * Maintains individual knowledge of EPIC and ability to follow registration and check-in process. * Uses encouraging strategies, helping new employees develop competencies and feel capable.
* Promotes independence as appropriate by using guiding strategies and problem solving techniques. * Provides modified registration training to cross trained clinical staff (RAD Tech's, MA's) who have registration responsibilities built into their role. * Assists the Process and Service Coordinator in developing and executing small group training (Training Bytes) and competency testing. * Acts as EPIC Super-User for the registration team. * Assist PRR team in coordinating and executing Emergency Management Drills specifically designed for registration staff including Panic Button testing and EM drill practice. * Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: High school education or equivalent, BLS and/or AED certification. BLS is only required for the branches, main campus staff only need to complete AED training.

Position Summary Under the general direction of the Cardiology Services Coach, Cardiology Services Director and program Medical Directors, this position is responsible for coordinating a inter-disciplinary treatment plan to meet the clinical and educational needs of both cardiac & pulmonary patients and families in all phases of the rehabilitation program. Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
Responsible for all stages of trailer construction. Operate all types of tools essential
and necessary to the job, including but not limited to, hand drill, hammer, needle
gun, caulk gun, chisel, utility knives, putty scraper, disk sander, rivet gun, impact
wrench, hydraulic punches, pneumatic squeezer, huck gun, router, grinder and tape
measure. Maintain constant torque requirements. Other duties as necessary. Prepare
metal surfaces. Clean trailer components with solvents. Caulk all required trailer
seams and joints. Position and fasten parts together with bolts, screws, rivets or
other fasteners. Assemble sub-assemblies such as, but not limited to, brake hoses,
light boxes, axles, air brake systems, nose boxes, wiring harnesses, tire-rim
mounting, doors, walls, etc. Drill through aluminum, steel and wood. Perform
measurement layouts per blue prints. Operate overhead cranes. Critical road safety
suspension install and helping other areas of the line. Perform all assigned tasks in a
safe, efficient, timely, accurate and highly productive manner according to company
policy. Contribute to the team effort to produce a quality product. Attend scheduled
work hours on a regular and timely basis. Maintain good attendance. Ability to work
