In Chicago, a national model is developed through SER with Healthcare Career Bridge Programs. To provide a career way in healthcare profession to the people have less literacy and English skills, SER worked with the partners by giving practical training and targeted instructions. Senior Community Service Employment Program: In this Career Development program of SER people participate from all walks of life have the vast work experience and completed various educational degrees. With the co-ordination of its partners SER provides training to participants to upgrade their skills.
