Due to the introduction of the Property Services (Regulation) Act2011, which came into effect on 6th July2012, we have been obligedto enforce a No Credit policy across the board.

Where marts are found to be in breach of legislation, the PSRA willhave the power to revoke Auctioneers Licences and impose fines ofup to 250,000 and /or custodial sentences.

With immediate effect the following policy, without exception, will apply

ANIMALS MUST BE PAID FOR ON THE DAY OF SALE.

We do understand that this change may cause inconvenience,however as Im sure you can appreciate this is beyond our control.This policy will be implemented across the industry.
