MRV’s Pro-Vision® Service Provisioning and Network Management solution empowers the OptiSwitch series by enabling rapid ser-vice creation and supporting zero-touch mass deployment along carrier-class scalability and high-availability.Pro-Vision offers web-based customer portal that enables the monitoring of real-time service performance and SLA verification based on the customer’s view. The customer web-based portal enables monitoring of real-time service status, service delay SLA, bandwidth utilization, and quality of service parameters such as availability, delay, jitter, throughput, packet loss, and service level alarms. Customers can view the standardized performance management test results from their web browser.
MRV’s Pro-Vision service provisioning and management system com-bined with the powerful OptiSwitch Carrier Ethernet Access solution enables new revenues, reduces OpEx, and secures service providers’ in-vestment. It provides complete visibility of service performance and au-tomated SLA monitoring.
