We’re doing things a little differently this year. To celebrate our new classroom decoratives, we’ve put together this Lookbook, designed to show you how our decorative products all work together and motivate you with ideas!

TIP: Attach a Library Pocket to the inside cover of your classroom books. Write key vocabulary words on index cards that will be introduced in each book and store them in the pocket. Encourage students to talk about those words with a parent or friend before reading the book.

TIP: Write helpful reading strategies on Colorful Cut-Outs® and store them in your reading center for students to take with them when they choose a book.

TIP: Write math problems on 5"x 8" index cards that can be solved using manipulatives. Place them in a Jumbo Library Pocket, then label the front with the manipulative that they go with. Store the library pocket right in the tub of manipulatives.

TIP: Use Jumbo Library Pockets to add “mystery” fun to any assignment. Simply place the assignment in the library pocket, fold the top over, and seal. Write students names on the front for individual assignments.

TIP: The front of your teacher desk is valuable real estate! It’s the perfect place for charts and posters to be at eye level for the kids. A calendar would also be great here, especially if the students are in charge of updating it each day.

TIP: Show your standards in style! Display a chart with the current standard along with super work from your students. It reinforces the concept to your kids and lets visitors know that you’re on the path to success with the standards.

TIP: Use Mini Cut-Outs and other accent pieces to decorate a small bucket or large bowl. When students notice a classmate doing something great, have them write it down on a Colorful Cut-Out® and place it in the bucket. At the end of the day, read the compliments out loud.
