    Stone Arch has agreed to sign a confession of judgment for Stone Arch andpersonally. I asked and Rick will confirm that the personal confession would befor both James Brumm and Nicole Reimer. The terms of the confession would be thereABC will be paid in full within 90 days, if not on the 91st day the confessioncould be filed. Rick indicated that it likely would take him at least that long(and with fees) to get to a judgment point as they did answer so there is a seriesof steps he would have to take.

    Thank you for your time today. As a follow up to the conversation and as yourequested, ABC Millwork is in agreement to accept the settlement offer presented byStone Arch’s attorney. To recap, ABC will accept a confession of judgment from Stone Arch, James Brummand Nichole Reimer (all parties) to be paid in full within 90 days, if not paid in90 days the confession can and will be filed.
