Narrative

The victim was working late on 07/09/07.The suspect saw the victim working at the incubator and wanted something out of it.He then attacked the victim and there was a brawl that caused the bruises and contusions on his head.

The victim then tried to flee but the suspect shot the victim in the back of the leg to slow him down.

Then the suspect shot the victim in the back and fled with the substance and discarded the gun in the bushes when he left.

9mm bullet casing in sink and another 9mm bullet casing on the floor.

Fingerprints on right and left sides of the glass above the handles on the fume hood.

O- blood splatter on the floor near rear sink.

Clothing pins sprawled on counter and ground near rear sink.

Trail of blood and Crystal Violet leading to a tissue box with blood on it.
