VLL
The linkage works as structural connection between stinger ramps 1-2
and ramps 2-3, and allows their relative angular position to be modified,
thus it controls pipe exit angle from the stinger at the end of ramp 3.
It is basically made up of one female beam, one male beam, two hydraulic
cylinders and a fixing system. It is provided with a local hydraulically
operated step by step length adjustment mechanism.
SAW WELDING EQUIPMENT for DOUBLE JOINT FACILITY
Goriziane engineered and manufactured a unique solution for double joint
welding system consisting in welding control ID/OD, joint tracking ID/OD,
welding devices ID/OD flux system ID/OD, pipe transportation system
(PHE interface), welding beam, operation and monitoring, communication
to external systems.
UMBILICAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM“ASPO” FOR FIRING LINE
The machine has been designed to be part of a S-lay laying plant.
It is able to interlock the internal line-up clamps that are operating on
the firing line, power them, and recover them in case of any failure.
