Previously, the district’s HR staff would receive countless resumes and applications throughout

the year, said Robb Boyer Donohue, ASD’ Executive Director, HR Staffing and Operations. Upon

The old system, Boyer Donohue said, was quite time-consuming and complex, and did not

always connect school administrators with the most suitable, qualified candidates. “Not only

was our previous approach complicated, but it served as a disadvantage to the applicants and

our schools,” he said.
