challenge
Hotel booked, conference details finalised in Jersey and fifty seven marketing collateral projects being designed, tested and need to be printed. Colour consistency across all items essential. Final approval of all items running late and likely to get worse. Abbott Laboratories have a number of suppliers they can call on, but only one was trusted to rise to this enormous challenge. From our perspective very flattering but we HAD to deliver!
strategy
To work in extremely close collaboration with three design agencies and our client, to ensure that the whole campaign was project managed with regard to correct legal and aesthetic sign off, whilst never losing site of the end date. We appointed an internal campaign team at LINNEYquadrant with huge experience of this type of operation, who project managed every item retaining the full proof cycle, taking instructions from the three agencies and client on an ongoing basis. The main element of the strategy however, was to organise every hour available to contain 90 minutes!!
results
A delighted client that all materials were in their hands before the conference started. This enabled their representatives to leave the conference and immediately start selling the product, resulting in brilliant first week figures. The product has gone on to be a world beating project.

HUMIRA is indicated for the treatment of active and progressive psoriatic arthritis (PsA) in adults when the response to previous DMARD therapy has been inadequate.1
