• PD Remote application is a specialty remote monitoring solution to enhance Peritoneal Dialysis. It is

designed to ease the patients of Peritoneal Dialysis with their day to day dialysis. PD Remote assists the

patients in trapping the end results of the PD conducted every day or between intervals as prescribed by

Physicians into the application at any time of the day and can be done from anywhere across

denominations.

• Stating the complexity and time consumption involved in conducting PD, trapping the results, notifying

the physicians, assessment by the physicians and ultimately physician prescription and medical advices,

PD Remote allows the Physicians, Patients or their Caregivers or their PD Nurses a trust worthy

platform to perform all the related activities with in no time and being cozy at their own places without

creating any big fuss.

• Peritoneal Dialysis as a form of renal replacement therapy is showing a downward trend

worldwide except in Asia despite being less expensive and with many inherent advantages and

being at least equivalent if not superior to Hemodialysis in terms of patient survival and quality

of life. There is a feeling of ‘perceived inaccessibility’ of immediate medical attention, not

misplaced though, both among the patients, medical team and health care providers, to any

complications that may develop especially infectious while on Peritoneal Dialysis, which possibly

is one important reason why Hemodialysis is the preferred treatment modality presently.
