school communities with an
evidence based, peer led approach
to enhancing the mental, social
and emotional wellbeing of
young people. These services are
delivered through training courses,
workshops, manuals, resources and
consultations.

Peer Support Australia specialises
in providing training and was
using several disparate systems to
manage different aspects of the
business. This included a custom-
built Access based application
to manage their customers and
training courses, a customised
accounting system and several Excel
spreadsheet files; none of which
interacted with each other.
Additionally, their website required
complex data-entry to publish new
courses. This resulted in much
double, or even treble entry of data.
Solution
Tall Emu CRM was used to
consolidate and automate their
business. The accounting system
was replaced and was linked
directly with Tall Emu CRM.
Information which was manually
entered and maintained, such as a
customer’s status, is automatically
calculated.
The website was enhanced to
include a shopping cart allowing
customers to order products and
book courses online. The cart is
managed in Tall Emu CRM and all
activity is automatically synchronised
back to the Tall Emu CRM.
System Integration & Replacement
• Integrated with MYOB and Tall
Emu’s shopping cart.
• Replaced Excel Spreadsheets and
Access Database.
