At LIESS, we are currently using ATHUS-RPA 4.2 and its providing our organization critical value to our operations.

We have more than 450 ATHUS-RPA bots (Operational Robots) that help us control many crucial business processes, from invoicing, logistics, accounts receivable and manufacturing. All with minimal human intervention.

Given the flexibility and accuracy of ATHUS-RPA, we can detect and correct many different situations where problems would have arisen but these potential anomalies were taken care off by ATHUS-RPA. ATHUS-RPA helps us make better decision on an on-going basis while pointing out areas that need further adjustment.

At Kaufmann we have automated many different IT and functional business controls.

Key alerts and events become visible in a uniform fashion with ATHUS-RPA.

Kaufmann has been an ATHUS-RPA user since 2013. We currently monitor and manage more than 200 business processes with the assistance of ATHUS-RPA enabled bots (i.e., +200 bots). The majority of these processes are SAP ERP centric, linking multiple other legacy applications that have been enabled into production across many geographies, business units and lines of business within our organization.

Issue: PepsiCo Brazil had to rent and incredible amount of additional vehicles to deliver products and comply to specific order terms. PepsiCo did not have visibility of the availability of trucks vis-à-vis delivery orders that were approved and reside within an SAP legacy environment. Trucks usually left the docks half-empty or waited for a significant amount of time until orders were approved to be delivered. All of these translated into very annoying inefficiencies, expense over-runs and customer dissatisfaction.

Solution: PepsiCO implemented ATHUS-RSA to constantly check stock availability in the distribution center vis-a-vis in-factory stock, check if there is an order in the factory to deliver the desired product to the distribution centers based on current customers’ demands and contract terms; while at the same time work with the transportation scheduling system to minimize additional rentals and minimize costs. PepsiCo currently has more than 2,000 BOTS powered by ATHUS-RPA.

Value: +20% expense reduction in trucks rentals. +30% gain in customer satisfaction.

At FOMENTECH we have been an ATHUS-RPA customer since 2016. Our business model requires our organization to completely tie key systems with those of our customers. We tightly manage data across more than 300 stores. In fact, data integrity across our organization (including pricing, product description, promotions, etc.) is ensured by ATHUS-RPA. Overall, we have deployed more than 600 bots.

ATHUS-RPA bots are extremely simple to configure and implement. These bots have the intelligence level to detect anomalies and make business decisions on the fly to ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met. ATHUS-RPA works well with multiple databases, text files and other data sources that our customers have.

Issue: Train stations got crowded and availability of extra trains took too long and scheduling them in short-notice was not a viable alternative.

Solution: ATHUS-RPA was initially implemented at MRS back in 2014 to gather information from trains schedule (main database), train tags/station (arrive and departure time), ticket gate (getting how many people are entering the station). All information from multiple sources was consolidated and analyzed by ATHUS-RPA, including the implementation of multi-dimensional predictive and correlational models. MRS has implemented more than 900 BOTS within ATHUS-RPA overseeing key business processes throughout the organization.

Gain: Customer waiting times during peak hours was reduced to less than 1 minute.

Issue: In Brazil, not taking your vacations is a no-no. MRS was constantly hit by not being able to preempt employees prior to their vacations being expired, especially critical were specialized individuals during peak season. In addition, when employees were on vacation, different legacy applications were allowing these employees log-in and perform work. All of this resulted in huge government fines to MRS.

Solution: ATHUS-RPA performed all necessary checks and balances among MRS’s ERP, HR, Plant entry and control platform, just to name a few. Prior to implementing ATHUS-RPA these legacy systems were not synchronized to comply and handle ever-complex working and vacation schedules. Even security glitches were preempted by identifying individuals that were impersonating other employees and contractors. MRS has implemented more than 900 BOTS within ATHUS-RPA overseeing key business processes throughout the organization.

Gain: Being able to reduce more than 80% the number of fines imposed to MRS by specific government organizations.

Most like Amazon has disrupted the on-line commerce arena, T-ROC keeps pushing the envelope as a trusted value-added outsourcing partner of Global Tier-1 Retailers. Our business is very volatile, with tremendous swings during specific periods in the year. We need to have incredible elasticity to scale up (and down) as the business requires. T-ROC has been using ATHUS-RPA since 2016. Our secret sauce is combining people and technology to bring unmatched and innovative retail solutions to the market. We rely on ATHUS-RPA for several of our core processes, including on-boarding and off-boarding of personnel through multiple legacy environments. Our +3,000 W2 employees are scattered nation-wide and need to respond to very dynamic business conditions. So far, we have implemented more than 200 bots using ATHUS-RPA.

Issue: Files received from partner were being lost or not processed, delaying the deal close between business partners and final customers. This implied strong delays in the Company’s sales cycle process.

Solution: ATHUS-RPA checks if partner file was posted in FTP site on time and all necessary information is thorough and complete. If posted, ATHUS-RPA also verifies the data import into the CRM was performed well. Information needs to be cross referenced for accuracy and completeness. Compliance is a very important element overseeing this and other processes. When there are errors in the data, ATHUS-RPA alerts all the necessary parties and follows up for process completion. Metlife has been an ATHUS-RPA customer since 2014. Currently has more than 350 implemented BOTS.

Gain: Sales cycle was reduced in half. Filing errors dropped to less than 0,5%
