Arun Chopra: 38+ years of richexperience in the hospitalityand Food & Beverage sector.He was formerly CEO of JSHospitality, brand owners of thewell known Pind Balluchi Groupof Restaurants.
Arun started his career in the kitchens of the TajHotel, and rose to become the Executive Chefin quick time of 11 years. He worked with theTaj group for a total of 28 years before movinginto a managerial role as Chief OperatingOfficer for premium brands like CopperChimney, Spaghetti Kitchen, Coffee Bean andTea Leaf, Bombay Blue, Noodle Bar, GelatoItaliano and Food courts.
He has worked on investment banking and advisorymandates with 100+ Indian and global corporationsand large PE funds. Prior to founding Four-S, he wasHead of Investor Relations and a key member ofM&A and Fund raising teams of HCL Technologies.Satyendra has also worked with ICRA (Moody’sIndian Associate) for rating debt programs ofcompanies and was an Equity Analyst at EconomicTimes. He holds degrees in Economics and BusinessManagement.
